There's nothing wrong with competition when it"s fair. But for many users, IMVU's ranking system smells a bit, well, rank. Focusing too much on lifetime stats, the rankings make it nearly impossible for newer users to reach the Top 10 (assuming they care). This explains why I am not Number 1 in everything... ok maybe not.
